Once your payment has been processed, your order will be shipped and delivered within 2-3 working days. A flat fee of R100 nationwide ‘Kiosk to door’  via Courier Guy for the smaller sized locker. You can choose either Locker to Locker OR Locker to your Door. Our 2Kg (of 250g bags) orders will fit 60cm x 41cm x 8cm sized locker. You can send us a WhatsApp message to make sure of the size locker before placing your order. Once you have placed your order via YUCO before 12:00 on a week day your coffee will be roasted, packed and dispatched the following day if your coffee is available in stock. However, if your order not in stock we will notify you, Your order will then be carried over to the next subsequent production day, allow 5 days production, after which it will be dispatched. You will receive your tracking Courier Guy link via email once your order has been dispatched for delivery. Orders of R1100 or more are free of courier charge!

If your order has been confirmed: Once your order is placed, you won’t be able to edit or amend it. To make any changes, please cancel your existing order and place a new one with the updated details. Please note, if you wish to cancel your order, it must be done at least 6 hours before we start fulfilling it the next day.

If your order has already shipped: We are unable to cancel or refund the order once it has been dispatched.

For subscription changes: If you’re a subscriber, you can modify your subscription by logging into your account and going to the “Subscriptions” section of your dashboard. Here, you can update things like quantity, variety, or shipping preferences. Keep in mind, changes will only apply to future orders. Make sure to check your charge date to confirm the changes are applied to the correct order.

If you receive your parcel and an item is missing, please reach out to us with the order number, we will offer two solutions:
• Reship the missing product (if in stock)
• A refund

Being picky coffee lovers ourselves we would not think of giving you coffee that we wouldn’t also love. Every roast is given total attention to detail each and every time and the beans are literally hand-picked so that only the best quality gets through. Before you purchase, you are welcome to contact us to talk through what you are looking for from your coffee experience and we can then recommend the right ones for you!

Once you have placed your order, we will keep you informed through the process from date of roast to shipment, through to delivery. If you’re charged a higher shipping rate than usual, please contact us, and we’ll refund the difference.
